: No director or general manager of the committee can be a shareholder in any contract lease with the committee. However, every director or general manager, as soon as he knows that any contract given or proposed to be taken by the committee, or any contract given or proposed to be taken by any subsidiary body of the committee and submitted for the consideration of the board, is directly or indirectly related to the board. It should be presented in the meeting. The submission will be noted in the minute book and the concerned director will not be allowed to participate in any discussion or decision in the board regarding the contract lease.
